Wedding Package – Option 1 (based on 80 guests for 6 Hours)

WHAT’S PROVIDED:

Arbore decorated with white voile, fresh flowers and chandelier

Aisle decorated to suit or bows on inside chairs

White chairs in the garden for guests

Signing table with lace cloth, fresh flowers and chair with bow

Amp and Bluetooth microphone

Cake table with white lace cloth and bridal cake knife and slice

BYO alcohol – Matai Huka serve and provide glassware (champagne flutes, wine and water glasses)

Bride and groom to provide music (iPod, laptop or phone with play list)

Tent around marquee for cover from sun or rain

3 x led bar leaners and large rustic bar leaner

Outdoor tables, chairs and umbrellas

Rustic bar with fridges

White frame to hang from tree for guests’ photos

6 litre liquid containers with taps for water and punch

PLEASE NOTE: Every 20 added guests incur another $700.00 or $35.00 per guest to cover extra set up, clean up and extra staff. (Maximum for seated reception is 120).

If any of our services are not required or you would like to provide them yourselves, those costs would then be deducted from the quote.

Wedding Package – Option 2 (4 hour Wedding for 80 – 100 guests: $4,995.00)

This wedding package is designed so that couples can still have a beautiful wedding with all the trimmings but without the huge costs! It also means not having to cut down on guest numbers!

VENUE HIRE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

Arbore dressed with white voile, fresh flowers and chandelier

Signing table with white lace cloth, fresh flowers and chairs with bows

White chairs in garden for guests

Aisle decoration – white bows on inside chairs or shepherd’s hooks with jars of flowers

Amp with bluetooth microphone for ceremony (Amp available for music in bar garden also)

Use of Matai Huka’s beautiful gardens for Photography

Flowers from Matai Huka’s gardens for all wedding decorations (i.e. aisle vases, arbore posies, flowers in vases on signing table/cake table)

Rehearsal prior to wedding day

Plenty of parking

Signage at street and gate

Tables set up in garden for drinks and grazing platters/nibbles

Glass containers with taps for water and punch

Water, wine and champagne glasses

Staff to run bar

After a beautiful ceremony in the garden, walk through into the “bar garden” where guests can mingle while photos are being taken.

Guests can get a drink from the bar, enjoy nibbles from the grazing table and scrumptious canapes being passed around by Matai Huka’s friendly staff.

Provide your own special playlist to play in the bar garden to create a wonderful ambiance!

Alcohol is BYO and Matai Huka provide all glassware.

EXTRAS:

CELEBRANT: Can be arranged by Matai Huka and is priced from $450.00 (or provide yourselves)

4.30pm – 7.00pm: Speeches, more drinks and nibbles, photos etc.

 

Wedding Package – Option 3 (Micro Weddings – “JUST ABOUT YOU”)

INCLUDES:

ACCOMMODATION: 1 night at Matai Huka’s stunning honeymoon suite including breakfast for two! (Extra night $275.00)

PHOTOGRAPHY: Matai Huka Photography – 1.5 hours of photography in the beautiful Matai Huka Gardens

FLOWERS: Bridal Bouquet and buttonhole from Matai Huka Gardens

CATERING: Grazing Platter and Canapes (5 pieces pp) based on 14 guests (including bride and groom)

GARDEN ARCHWAY: Decorated with white voile and fresh flowers

CELEBRANT: Genaya Naisbitt (Includes pre wedding meeting in person or via zoom and personalised wedding vows)

ALCOHOL: BYO (Matai Huka provide glassware)

This new age of uncertainty has changed how we do things.We are now offering an alternative to the full wedding package!

Matai Huka have collaborated with Celebrant (Genaya Naisbitt) and our wonderful caterer (Lucinda from Seriously Pickled) to create an amazing day for your “I do’s”!

You can have your beautiful wedding with up to 12 guests or elope just the two of you.

When the world gets back to a new normal, you can book your wedding celebration to include all your loved ones!

In this day and age, many have their families before tying the knot and there isn’t much left in the budget for a big wedding! This is our fabulous alternative!

SUGGESTED ITINERARY:

11.00am – Bride and groom arrive

12.00pm – Guests arrive and grazing platter served

1.00pm – Ceremony start time

1.30pm – Canapes served

3.00pm – Guests leave Bride and Groom begin their honeymoon.
