GRAZING TABLE OPTIONS:

$18 per person including GST
Choice of three cheeses (including but not limited to)
Blue / Brie / Camembert / Gouda (multiple types available) / Wax aged cheddar / Chevre / Havarti
Choice of three meats (including but not limited to)
Smoked Salmon / Salami / Prosciutto / Hot pork / Pastrami / Champagne ham / Smoked meat
Dips & spreads (including but not limited to)
Chicken & port pate / Beetroot relish / Turmeric hummus / Basil pesto / Fruit paste
Accompaniments (including but not limited to)
Artisan bread / Crackers (minimum 3 varieties) / Grissini / Crudites (including carrots, cucumber, capsicum,

CANAPE OPTIONS:

$4 per canape including GST
We recommend four – five canapes per person
− Lamb shoulder, pickled grape & parsnip puree served on spoon
− Tomato, basil & bocconcini crostini
− Pork belly with apple & fennel relish served on spoon
− Tandoori marinated mini chicken kebabs
− Steamed half shell mussels
− Smoked salmon & dill cream cheese served on spoon
− Prosciutto, melon & Parmesan
− Soft Brie & stone fruit on seed cracker
− Smoked salmon mousse on pumpernickel
− Seared beef & onion jam crostini
− Beef cheek, white bean puree & salsa verde served on spoon
− Pork belly with Asian style dressing served on spoon
− Game fish carpaccio with pickled ginger and soy served on spoon
− Pan seared New Zealand scallop with capsicum jam served on spoon
− Ash rolled chevre with green apple on seed cracker
− Chicken & port pate crostini with dill pickle

MAIN OPTIONS:

$42 per person including GST
Choice of two meats
− Herb roasted scotch fillet, cooked to medium in smoker
− Spice marinated chicken thigh (boneless / skinless), cooked over charcoal
− Spice rubbed butterflied lamb leg, cooked to medium over charcoal
− Smoked & glazed champagne ham
− 6 hour smoked pork spare ribs (2 ribs per person)
− Pulled pork shoulder, slow cooked over charcoal (add $5 per person due to cook time)
− 12 hour smoked pulled beef (add $5 per person due to cook time)
Choice of four sides
− Roasted beetroot salad with vinaigrette, coriander & toasted sesame seeds
− Steamed broccolini with Parmesan & toasted almonds
− Tomato, cucumber & basil salad
− Rosemary, thyme & garlic roasted potatoes
− Israeli couscous with vegetables & herb dressing
− Simple green salad
− Coleslaw with pickled red onion
− Potato salad with smoked paprika dressing
− Seasonal greens with salsa verde

Mains served with The Good Food Society condiments – BBQ sauce, Aioli etc.
Ancient Grain & Sourdough rolls with whipped butter.

Sustainability is important to us & we hope it is for you too. For each event we compost & recycle as much of the food
waste & packaging as possible. When required, we opt for using biodegradeable recycled napkins, FSC white pine serve
ware & FSC birchwood cutlery, to ensure that these are responsibly sourced & can also be composted. We can also
arrange to hire cutlery & crockery at an additional cost.

WEDDING CAKE

We also recommend wedding cake design by either Alisha Lewis-Gold from That Little Cake Shop or Cake Friday.

Cake Friday cakes use the finest quality ingredients and are made from scratch. Based in Kapiti, their cakes are made with local produce – organic home grown fruits and flowers are used to flavour and decorate whenever possible. For enquiries email Claire at cakefriday.nz@gmail.com.

You have the option of supplying your own beverages, or we can take care of this for you.
